The Blue Bar is a super high-output, rugged, shockless static bar which can be used in almost any application requiring a static bar. The bar is especially useful for high speed applications and is
effective at web speeds of 2500' per minute or more. The bar delivers long range static elimination, and can be located up to 6" (and sometimes more!) from the target material.
The patented Blue Bar is designed for easy cleaning and offers a mounting channel with full length adjustment.
The bar's high voltage cable is metal shielded, which controls EMI and RFI emissions, eliminating interference with external controls and circuitry. The R51 includes a detachable high voltage cable which can be removed
from the bar. If you want the cable permanently attached to the bar, order the R50 instead.
The Blue Bar can be powered by the NEW TrueAC Self Monitoring Power Supply or a D165Q/D255Q Power
Supply, which must be ordered separately. The TrueAC Power Supply gives you Bar ON Indicator, Bar OFF
Indicator, CLEAN BAR Indicator, FAULT Indicator with arc detection circuit protection for the transformer, SERVICE Indicator, BAR PERFORMANCE Display, and Remote Display capabilities. The M165 Power Supply
includes a monitoring system to detect arcing conditions and short circuit on the ionizing points and the cable.
Indicator lamps verify input and output voltage status as well as arc detection. Optional remote failure signals are available for external monitoring of these features.

Design Your R51 Blue Bar
It's easy to configure and order a Simco R51 BlueBar static bar to fit your requirements. They are available in 0.59”
increments starting with overall lengths from 3.15” with a single ionizing emitter pin up to 156.69” with 153.54” of
ionizing emitter pins. High voltage cable must be ordered separately. Lengths found below.
