SIMCO’s NEW PINNER FlexTac is an adjustable charging applicator designed for use where flexibility, easy adjustment, and easy installation and removal is required. The FlexTac, when used with a SIMCO Chargemaster CH30 power supply, delivers an electrostatic charge to temporarily pin or bond lap cards or other materials, into place. Lap card insertion rate will increase improving productivity, minimizing wasted cards and increasing profits.
10-29-02 SIMCO’s NEW Models 1000 and 2000 Contact Cleaning Systems can remove particles down to 1 micron in size from a moving
web. Performance evaluations show removal of 97% of particles down to 10 microns in size and removal of most particles to 1 micron in size.
The systems use a Contact Cleaning Roll ("CCR", also known as a
"tacky roll") to remove loose surface dust and dirt from the web. The CCR is then cleaned by either a tape roll or by a separate, smaller CCR that automatically traverses across the CCR that is cleaning the web.

outcry from the field, the Model 282 was resurrected for applications where field measurements need to be made in hazardous environments.
The 282 IS has the following certifications: UL Certification Class I Groups A,B,C,D and Class II Groups E,F,G when powered by 9-volt carbon zinc or zinc chloride battery NEDA 1604 or NEDA 1604D
