The Pinner Superbar is arc resistant and delivers more voltage and current than any high voltage applicator available. The Superbar is built for serious pinning tasks such as catalog and magazine stacking in bindery operations. The Superbar's thin profile allows it to fit between the belts of most stackers and the flexible mounting arrangement allows for easy height adjustment. The Superbar is a high output bar that outperforms every other product on the market. And, it has the added benefit of removable and replaceable emitter points, which significantly extends the life of the product!

Superbar OptionsThe Superbar now has Mounting Brackets specifically for Stacker applications (commercial print industry) allowing access to Superbars installed on the stacker. This new feature allows for ease of cleaning and maintenance and helps extend bar life. The Pinner Superbar also is now available with more durable longer lasting Tungsten emitter pins.

The Superbar's thin profile allows it to fit between the belts of most stackers and the flexible mounting arrangement allows for easy height adjustment.

The Superbar is designed for operation only with a CM30 or CM-BP-30 Chargemaster Power Supply.
