Pinner Bars are current limited and arc resistant, and feature 50 kV rated high-voltage cable with silicone sleeving to ensure operator and equipment safety. They feature removable ionizing pins, which significantly extends the life of the bar. The bars are also available with an
optional high-voltage cable connector so bars can be easily removed without unthreading the cables.
In response to lowering the cost for less frequent usage applications of the PINNER bar we now offer these
charging bars in a non-replaceable pin version. Be sure to ask for the PINNER NR for this option.

Pinner Bars are rated for use in temperatures up to 200 degrees F and are compatible with Simco Chargemaster and ECS200 Power Supplies.

It's easy to configure and order a charging bar to fit
your requirements. Simply select the overall length of the charging bar you need, the type of cable exit from the bar (straight thru or right angle), and the length of high voltage cable you need (this connects the charging bar to the Chargemaster Power Supply) 10-ft is standard.
