MCMMCM30 Charging Unit

The MCM 30 is a powerful switch-mode charging generator that supplies high voltage for charging bars and various charging applicators, which are used to temporarily bond materials. The MCM 30 packs a punch in a small size and provides simple and economical solutions for a wide range of production processes.

The front panel of the charging generator features an LED array to provide a continuous indication of the unit’s operating condition and level of the adjustable output.  The compact size & 24V input allows for the generator to be located near applicators and charging bars which minimizes need for long high voltage cables.  The MCM 30 is well suited for in-tool machinery environments where operating clearances are greatly limited. Weighing less than 2 lbs with a shock resistant design, the MCM 30 can be mounted directly to a gantry or robot arm in automated stack pinning processes.
