The PerforMAX IQ Bar is designed to provide a small profile static neutralizing bar to accommodate tight installation opportunities, while maintaining superior performance and strength.  The new bars are offered in three application configurations so the user doesn’t have to experiment for performance, maximizing efficiency the first time, every time.

The Basic Power Supply (BPS) is the heart of the PerforMAX IQ system because it not only provides the output power producing ionization, but the BPS also processes all of the system intelligence to maintain and communicate complete static control.  The PerforMAX IQ power supply is equipped with a single momentary push-button calibration design that simplifies the set-up.

The PerforMAX IQ system ensures complete static control by providing constant self-diagnosis information along with continuous downstream monitoring of the static charges on the web with the use of the optional web monitoring module. The web monitor uses closed-loop feedback to fine tune the performance of the system. The web monitor also provides local and remote downstream web charge indication along with programmable alarm setpoint features for activating a remote alarm or triggering a PLC to shut down the process should a problem arise.

The PerforMAX IQ system is also designed to incorporate a optional communication module to provide an interface link from the IQ system to a PLC or computer master, with software or a number of common fieldbus network configurations such as Profibus, DeviceNet, EtherNet or Modbus as examples.

The PerforMAX IQ system can also accept an optional remote module to provide an internet link from the IQ system which can be used to provide alerts of system status to Smart Phones or to PC’s.

PerforMAX_IQ_Web MonitorPerforMAX IQ Web Monitor

The optional PerforMAX IQ Web Monitor Module is a unique opportunity to install a closed-loop, total control, ionization system in a production environment. The downstream charge recognition enables the IQ to maintain maximum performance, and also display that performance to the end-user.   The web monitor is capable of powering up to 4 sensor probes on each module, and has programming capabilities that allow the sensors to be mounted at 1”, 2” or 3” from the surface.  The web monitor also has a programmable alarm feature that allows the operator to set the alarm threshold for each individual probe, which will then activate the alarm signal should the static charge level on the material exceed the alarm set-point. This truly innovative feature puts the operator in control of static electricity.

The optional PerforMAX IQ Communication Module creates a computer interface link between the IQ system and a PLC or computer master, to provide a convenient summary of performance and system alarm data for those users that require a historical record for lot control or customer review if requested. The module can be configured to utilize system supplied software or a number of fieldbus communication protocols such as Profibus, DeviceNet or Modbus as examples.

IQ-RemotePerforMAX IQ Remote Module

The optional Remote Monitor displays real-time key operating conditions of the IQ bars, such as fault or clean bar. In one simple to view display, the remote monitor has the ability to hook up to 12 basic power supplies (BPSs), saving time and simplifying maintenance.
