HE Nozzles Mounted on an Air Header Bar

HE Nozzles Mounted on an Air Header Bar

Here's a way to make nozzle installation a snap.

Have us mount your HE Nozzles on an air header bar. This makes it easy for you to install and hookup your nozzles. You get our high quality, high performing HE Nozzles, plus an aluminum air header. Simply mount the air header, make one compressed air connection to the header, attach the high voltage cable to the power supply, and you're ready to go!

Design Your HE Nozzles Mounted on an Air Header Bar

It's easy to order HE nozzles mounted on air header bars. First, select the number of nozzles you want on the header.
Next,  decide the distance between each nozzle (nozzle tip to nozzle tip) on the header in increments of 1”.

Finally, decide if you want stopcocks (on/off valves to control airflow on the individual nozzles).

The standard header supplied will be have end dimension 2” longer than position of last nozzle measured from the nozzle tip. An air valve is included in the pricing and supplied at one end of the header. Headers with more than 12 nozzles are supplied with valves at each end.
