DTM-100 Digital Measuring Device is the ideal tool for calibrating temperature values in accordance with ISO 9000.
Thanks to its innovative technology, the temperature measuring device measures temperatures quickly and extremely accurately. The temperature is displayed immediately on an easy-to-read LCD display. The temperature is measured by means of a patented sensor head with two sensor wires made of chromel and alumel stretched crosswise across it. The separate sensor head is connected to the measuring device by means of self-contained chromel / alumel male contacts. To measure the soldering temperature, the sensor head is brought in contact with the soldering tip at the point where the sensor wires cross. The sensor head and temperature measuring device must exert a constant pressure on the hot soldering tip. The thermo-voltage thus created is supplied to the measuring device and displayed digitally as a temperature. The measurement range is from -50C(-58F) to +1150C(2100F) with accuracy deviation of +/- 1%.
The Dig80A with Sensotronic temperature control system allows precise temperature adjustment and monitoring by means of the large digital display.
Actual tip temperature-measurements are rapidly and accurately displayed for increased process control. The Dig80A is fully antistatic and has a potential equalization jack with a high-resistance connection to the soldering tip for maximum component safety. Equipped with the high-performance PowerTool soldering iron with an impressive heat up rating of 290 watts, it is particularly suitable for extremely heavy soldering applications by providing a controlled supply of heat and a rapid response. Sensotronic heat regulation via an internal thermocouple located near the working end of the tip offers up to 290W power to handle every job. The Dig80A has a continuously adjustable temperature range from 50C(120F) to 450C (840F) and a large selection of long-lasting soldering tips (beginning with 832 above).
The electronically temperature-controlled and fully antistatic Dig60A soldering station provides high-tech for every work bench.
The unique Tech tool soldering iron (70W at 280C(545F) heats yup from room temperature to 280C in an unbelievable 122 seconds. The exceptionally high-performance PTC heating element provides an impressive heat up rating of 130 watts, and a continuously controlled supply of heat. The internal heating system and highly integrated control technology guarantee extremely accurate control of the soldering tip temperature. The working temperature is controlled b sensitive electronics and measured directly at the inside end of the soldering tip by a Ni-Cr-Ni thermocouple. The easy to read digital display of the target/actual value indicates the current temperature with a minimum tolerance of +/- 2C. The ergonomically designed grip prevents fatigue, due to its size, weight, and tip to grip distance. The unique, long-lasting soldering tips (beginning with 612 above) made of silver can be changed in an instant -- even when hot.
The microprocessor-controlled Mic60iA is a fully antistatic soldering station which combines leading edge technology and yet has minimal space requirements. The Sensotronic
microprocessor-control with Fuzzy-Logic “intelligence” provides amazing tip heat-up times (8 - 12 sec.) and repeatable solder joint quality even at production temperatures (235-250C/455-482F).
The Mic60iA has automatic identification of four connectable soldering and desoldering tools, and adjusts the power regulation accordingly. The above systems come complete with the Tech Tool. The unique, long-lasting soldering tips for the Tech Tool (beginning with 612 above) made of silver can be changed in an instant -- even when hot.
The Ana20A electronic temperature controlled SMD soldering station offers maximum flexibility.
I addition to SMD soldering applications, the new Thermo-Drive tips with their enormous heat transferability allow for safe, quick and efficient conventional applications to be carried out. The revolutionary Micro Well and Solder Well soldering tips enable Fine-Pitch components to be soldered in seconds. The extraordinary applications possibilities are complemented by the ultra light and handy Micro-tool soldering iron which weighs only 25g. The station is completely antistatic. Soldering tips for the Micro tool are above beginning with 212.
The SMD8013 is a tip holder equipped with eight (8) 212 series soldering tips used with the MicroTool, and eight (8) 422 series desoldering tips (pairs) used with the Desoldering Pincette
430EDJ Desoldering Pincette can be used with the Mic60iA and 422 series desoldering tips(pairs) above.
